Microtel Inn by Wyndham Charlotte Airport

Clean and well appointed room. Shower was huge and beautiful. Bed had clean white duvet cover and sheets. Bed and pillow were comfortable. They have shuttles on the hour to the airport but because they had so many guests they added a 5:15 am shuttle to accommodate all the guests. They also had toothbrushes and toothpaste for guests with no luggage. They also offered wakeup calls so guests would not miss their shuttle.

This hotel was clean, very clean. Though the rooms are smaller than many US hotels, they are just the right size. We had a problem in the room when we first check in and the front desk clerk came up herself with less than five minutes and sorted it out, even by crawling under the furniture to get to a plug. I was amazed at her willingness, her can-do attitude, and her ability to just do something because it needed to get done. And in the morning, the morning clerk took a load of people to the airport in her private vehicle because the shuttle driver had called in late. Excellent service.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable and bright and fresh. The aircon was nice and quiet. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Great place to stay to catch a flight.

I absolutely love Wyndham Microtels. The style, comfortable and coziness is a win.. these rooms always have everything you could want, including window seats. The white and glass enclosed shower is my favorite...those step in dingy bathtubs kinda creep me out. Sylvia at the desk was so friendly and awesome. She got us checked in early and side by side (2 rooms. Close to airport and shocking quiet.

considering this was my first time in Charlotte, this location was close and convenient to the areas I had to visit.
