The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice, and helpful with the check in process. My husband and I stayed here because we were attending the Metallica concert, the location was very convenient for us to get to the Bank of America Stadium!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They suggested I take an uber to get to my destination and told me to ask if I needed anything else. The night staff was helpful as well when we returned. The room was pretty clean but had some noticeable downfalls.

The man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He got us a room on the ground floor since the elevator went out. It's only 7-8 minutes from the airport with a complimentary shuttle. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was very reasonably priced and did well for us in a pinch since our flight had been canceled.

I came here on a job following Hurricane Helene, because there was no access to Asheville from the Knoxville side of the road. This hotel was like a light house in the sea after being at the flood zone. The staff were quite nice, and it had a homey feel to it.

Everything was clean and the staff was really nice. Special thanks to our shuttle driver, I don’t know his name, but he was on shift on feb 27. The best person ever! Very welcoming and helpful in all our needs! We preferred the hotel mostly because you have a free shuttle to the airport, it’s very convenient.

I stayed there for FIFA Clubs Cup, so only used the hotel to shower and sleep a little bit as I was running around the country nonstop. I liked that it is close to the airport and that you have a microwave in the room. It saved me because my uber eats food arrived as cold as my soul and I was able to warm it up and have a somewhat nice meal after a long day of work.

it was cleaned, easy to find, one of the best choices , when we entered that friday night, i couldn’t catch his name but he was amazing. he greeted us , and made sure we knew where to go and honestly, keep him! got there about 9-10 pm.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were well designed and had refrigerators, microwaves and tvs.

The hotel is close to Charlotte airport. I used the hotel's free shuttle to and from the airport and the service was prompt and the shuttle trip was only about 10 minutes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff provided exellent service.
